In all arbitrations, each party will bear its own expenses. IN ADDITION, OTHER RIGHTS THAT THE PARTIES WOULD HAVE IN COURT MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE IN ARBITRATION.
Choice of Law
You agree that the laws of the state of Florida, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern your use of the Website and these Terms.
